Wienco (Ghana) Limited is an agricultural company specializing in importation and distribution of fertilizers and agrochemicals. In Ghana, the name Wienco is synonymous with fertilizers. Since the privatization of fertilizer import by the Ghana Government, Wienco has been the biggest importer of fertilizer into the country. Fertilizer is imported mostly from Yara France and its subsidiary Yara Abidjan in Cote D’Ivoire with whom Wienco has a long, Mutual and beneficial relationship.
